How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues? My group has proven time and time again that we have been more than opening and accepting of a wide range of people regardless of wealth, gender, sexuality, or any other stigmatized factors. My partner's family is more on the wealthy side, and I am more on the lower-middle class side. I think we do an excellent job portraying this in many ways. One is how desperate I am to find my dog, proving that despite maybe not being rich, I am still extremely capable of showing and feeling love. Another way we show this is through the dog itself. Some can see the dog as a metaphor. Running away from your 9-5 job in hopes of getting rich, but getting found by this society that values money over life.
